- The President is responsible for the overall day to day operations as well as providing the requisite leadership for planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity.

- Supports operations and administration of by advising and informing all the key stakeholders, interfacing between the staff, undertake and execute various projects to achieve organizational effectiveness in a time bound frame.
- Assures that and its mission, programs and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
