This role is with a US based Pharmaceutical company. This is a Non-profit Organisation. The President plays a pivotal leadership role in launching, managing and growing India setup. Key Responsibilities - - Advance, support and operationalize Organisations vision and mission - Oversee development and execution of organisations strategic plans, annual operational plans and periodic reports consistent with organisations vision and mission - Provide superior, overall, day-to-day management leadership across the management team - Provide regular briefings to the BoD on progress - Provide superior, overall, day-to-day management leadership across the management team - Generate cash and gifts-in-kind donations - Manage and Secure Long-Term Partnerships Focused on Corporations - Create a strategic vision for revenue generation for the organization able to support the organizations programming mandate - Create a strategic vision for branding, marketing and positioning of the organization synchronized with the vision for revenue generation and programming - Identify New Revenue Streams - Shape and represent organisations public persona Requirements - Experience in managing a large public sector business with a corporate social responsibility program, public health programs and/or in a senior operating unit position managing relationships with governmental institutions - Minimum 8-10 years experience at a senior management level with responsibility for execution and management of a business or business unit with P&L responsibilities - Superior written and oral communications skills - Superior interpersonal skills, and - Superior organizational skills - Natural products industry experience and/or with dietary supplements, nutrition or related industries - Developing successful cause marketing campaigns - Understanding of the role of nutrition in public health programming
