- Financial Analysis & Valuation, Capital Re-structuring and finalization of issue parameters based on regulatory requirements including pricing discussions

- Identifying and sourcing deals by mapping prospective clients/avenues, conducting promoter meetings, formulating pitch books.

- Research on the conditions and developments of the market and then developing appropriate financial solutions for clients.

- Conducting one to one interaction with prospective clients for deal origination

- Team deployment and Coordination with clients/intermediaries to carry out Due Diligence for issue purposes

- Appraising client on entire process and ensuring deployment of client officials on the task

- Drafting of Offer Documents / Coordinating with team for drafting Offer Documents in compliance with SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws

- Carrying out site visit/client visit for obtaining information/documents for purposes

- Liasion with SEBI, Stock Exchanges for obtaining regulatory approvals for the Issue by satisfactory submission of replies to queries

- Acting as point of coordination for intermediaries involved such as Legal Advisors, R&TA, Peer review Auditor, P&R agencies, Printers for ensuring seamless work flow

- Carrying out road shows, analyst meets and interactive sessions for issue marketing & equity placement and finalizing marketing/advertisement matters

- Ensuring all Post Issue Compliances with SEBI and Stock Exchanges post issue closure
