President - Group HR - Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)
We have been retained by an Indian company of repute with a history of more than 4 decades and are looking to bring in a new position of group Corporate HR at President Level reporting into the MD for a company whose turnover will be in the range of 4000 crores in few years.
Key Deliverables
- Talent retention, transformation to a more progressive Human Capital Management, Training, mentoring and coaching leaders, PMS, Foster P&L delivery orientation, Build inspiration and trust are some of the things this position will be looking at a strategic level . The overall team this position will manage is around 25 .
- This is a new position reporting to the MD and act as an enabler of business growth and be the architect of progressive change management
- Looking at Candidates from a Manufacturing background, Handled Corporate HR at a senior level, Age group 45-51. Position will be based in Western India
