President for Gaming Firm

The President will be a strategic thought leader who builds the team and organization to make this self-regulatory platform a reality. Once built, this platform will become a prototype not just for the broader online skill gaming industry but also for state governments across India interested in regulating games of skill.

Key Functions:

- Develop a long-term plan for building a successful self-regulatory platform.

- Establish leadership and build the internal and external team of stakeholders to execute the plan.

- Initiate and nurture partnerships with various stakeholders, regulators, and industry experts. An ideal candidate will have existing contacts and experience that they can draw upon.

- Communicate the Federation's vision, plan and achievements to relevant decision makers in Government. Make a positive impact on state and central government policy decisions.

- Monitor legislative & policy changes and drive industry priorities.

- Lead all brand building and PR initiatives.

Traits and Skills:

- Highly motivated self-starter

- Strategic thinker with the ability to peruse the Federation's goal and priorities

- Excellent leadership skills

- Confidence and ability to work with senior government officials, business leaders, and operators

- Crisis management skills are imperative for this position

- Experience with and a good understanding of ITES industry

Experience and Qualification:

- Over 15 years of strong leadership experience

- Related experience in the field of IT, gaming, skill games is desirable

- Relevant experience in Government Affairs with extensive government relations and contacts to carry over

- Ex-government executive or working experience in the government sector is preferred

- Postgraduate or MBA or engineer with IT background
