Director/President - Sales - FMCG

- Gaining market share in all the states of the region and lead market share gains for the country.

- Set benchmark for the organization for in store execution by leading the Perfect store scale up and scale up through third party deployment model.

- Understands Business Vision and develop sales strategy for Personal care in alignment with the business vision for the achievement of annual sales targets, expansion & retention of the market / customer base and development of a strong brand proposition.

- Should Exposure to all sales channels.GT,MT, Ecommerce

- Develops plans for the expansion & development of the growing sales channels for Personal care and identify future growth opportunities for various product segments in these channels.

- Develops strategies with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams for product promotion as applicable and to ensure recall in the minds of the consumer and contribute to the formulation of annual marketing plan.

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Ensures research and reporting on future changes in the Personal care business and take into account these factors while planning of the business's strategy, resources and procedures and improvise the sales strategy.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

- MBA or PGDM from B. School Minimum 20 years of work experience in leadership capacity in FMCG, preferably in Personal care category.

- Location for this role would be based in India.

- Candidate should be open to relocate.
