President - Crop Protection Business

- Devise business strategy for crop protection/agri inputs division, explore opportunities for growth(both organic and inorganic) in new geographies,

- Drive new business growth,drive and enable manufacturing oppurtunities,production volumes,quality etc

- Develop a plan to ensure a robust pipeline with R&D and product innovation,governance and adherence to statutory compliances and environment,

- Responsible for caoex,drive customer centricity,MIS and Analytics

- Expand acquisition and greenfield oppurtunities,registration and commercialation,building brand,market research and export oppurtunities.
