President/Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing Industry (20-25 yrs)

JOB PURPOSE : As The President/CEO of the company to oversee complete management of all areas of manufacturing & sales operation of the company and to maximise the sales & production within quality standards and cost objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.

2. Implement Innovative policies to increase manufacturing and sales growth by high quality standard as per the customer requirement.

3. Budgeting for each plant for its capital requirement, production. Sales & profitability & subsequently achieving the budgeted figures.

4. Overseeing optimum cost effective raw material sourcing & implementing systems to guide the organization to maintain & improve its competitive edge and profitability.

5. Achieves optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.

6. Directs and monitors all department managers to accomplish their goals. Acts as liaison between department management/subordinate levels, as well as executive/department manager levels to share appropriate communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results.

7. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Ensures compliance with current federal, state and local regulations. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.

8. Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce costs and scrap at manufacturing facilities.

9. Directs and coordinates various programs essential to manufacturing procedures (e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security, etc.).

10. Initiates and coordinates major projects (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.).

11. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required time to time.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - 

1. Organizing: ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once using resources effectively and efficiently

2. Customer Focus: act with customers (internal and external) in mind; dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all contacts involved in meeting the customer project needs; be a problem solver

3. Process management: understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow; good at maintaining the total picture of a project order

4. Team player: have a positive and constructive impact on the team; professional attitude towards different positions working closely with within the project organization

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Required:

- Hold an Engineering Degree from reputed University.

- Hold a MBA professional Degree from reputed University

- Should have leadership Quality and Team Management experience

- Minimum of 20-25 years- experience is required

- Excellent communication skills - English language skills essential.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & Accounting

- Project Management & Problem Solving/Analysis.

- Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes and principles is preferred.
