This is an trust-driven investment relationship firm, specialized in investment relationships with an entire gamut of services including Fund Raising, Corporate Restructuring via M&A, JV & Financial Reengineering.
Role and responsibilities:
1) Your services would include travelling and meeting the corporates and sourcing the mandates of PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising PAN India. You shall also have one Associate VP for sourcing the mandate and one associate investor relation.
2a) A company of market capital of size upto 20 crore (but only listed companies) taking fund raising mandates.
2b) For these companies the team will be responsible for raising funds from investors.
3a) A company with a market capital of 75 crores and above listed and unlisted for taking fund raising mandates.
3b) For these companies the team will be responsible for raising funds from investors
