Job Title: Presales Specialist - Fintech SaaS | Reporting to Founder

Job Summary :

- As a Pre Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and support to our sales team and potential customers.

- Your primary responsibility will be understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value of our fintech solutions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver successful pre-sales activities.

About the Client :

Our client is a well-funded, rapidly growing full-stack lending infrastructure company, with presence across India and SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs in the fintech industry and translate them into tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and features of our products.

- Develop a deep understanding of our Embedded Finance solutions, including their architecture and integrations.

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare persuasive proposals and sales collateral.

- Provide technical support and address complex inquiries from prospective customers.

- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams in the fintech industry.

- Stay updated on fintech trends, best practices, and competitor offerings.

- Provide market insights to inform strategic decision-making and product enhancements.

The successful applicant :

- 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Specialist or similar role in the SaaS industry.

- Deep knowledge of fintech and lending, including areas such as digital banking, financial services, underwriting, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software, presentation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
