Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales solution design consultant for Data Centre Colocation, Hosting & Managed Services.
- Work on customer requirements and provide cost effective technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Preparing technical & commercial requirement based on request for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP).
- Preparing technical presentation
- Solution designing based on customer requirement.
- Supporting entire Sales team to achieve their numbers & Services.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate.
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills.
- Understand the competitive landscape and have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition
- Achieve sales and profit goals through joint account planning, partner teaming (internal & external), on-site client interface/visits, engagement/solution development and implementation support/follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile
- The successful candidate should have 10+ years of experience within an IT sale and / or technical business development environment, with a strong knowledge of various infrastructure architectures related to hyper-scale / large enterprise data centre deployments.
- Experience in the development and implementation of Data Centre infrastructure, distributed telecommunications systems, datacenter connectivity and/or managed network solutions with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
- Understanding of IT Networking, Power, Management, Data Centre and/or related environments.
- The candidate should also be well versed with the latest IT & Data centre infrastructure technologies and trends.
- Should have good knowledge of Data Centre Environment (cooling, power, networking, cabling etc.)

- Strong business acumen and understanding of clients data center and infrastructure related business goals and challenges to ensure proper translation of the clients needs into technology solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment and explain complex system solutions to customers.

- Ability to influence and manage change effectively.
- Ability to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Ability to present both technical and non-technical information to broad audiences.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP, workforce management, and cloud-based technology systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to plan/organize workloads.

- Product management experience in the Telco, Cloud, IT infrastructure industry.
- Consulting experience in the areas of segmentation, business development, channel development and go to market strategies
