YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Owing the BD function across North America/ US utilities markets
- Lead Solution development for new proposals and writing proposal technical response
- Developing new market entry strategies based on analysis of business trends
- Owing proposal delivery responsibility end-to-end including commercial, contractual implications and third party management
- Work on Gas/Elec/Water/Waste Water portfolios in North America/ US
- Drive proactive selling, cross selling, innovative selling through all channels
- Hands-on management of complex bids and response/ solution/ RFP- s/RFI- s/ RFX of First of a Kind opportunity
- Consulting work with Customers and customer Architects
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- 11 + years of experience in Utilities domain (Gas/ Electricity/ Water/ Waste Water)
- 3+ years of experience in working across North America/ US utilities markets
- Subject Matter Expertise in Utilities domain
- Expertise in sales and pre-sales activities and delivery management
- Strong communication both written and oral
- Should be able present the solutions to the customers
- Problem resolution skills and Good Analytical skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent people management experience
