Presales/Solution Architect - BPO/ITeS (5-10 yrs)
- Solid foundation in the mobile market, latest technology and telecoms network trends, and Carrier-Class software.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience of software and applications for the telecoms industry. Experience in a particular field of expertise such as Voice /VoIP, mobile core, Billing System, IN, SMS, USSD, diameter, or other related fields will be required.
- Having good knowledge of providing a Cloud-based solution (AWS/Azure).
- A deep understanding of IT and Network must have designed Large scale geographically multi-located solutions.
- Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within an IT/software solutions business.
- Technically skilled Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to work independently and to be proactive
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-focused mind and excellent communication.
- Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings
