Presales Role - Software Product team

The candidate is required to:

- Take Client Inputs and arrange as a problem statement

- Strongly working with BD team to submit RFP's

- Co-ordinate with Operations for closure on pre-sales

- Follow-up with BD & Client to gather more details about client requirements

- Support Pre-sales in creating Proposals and Presentations

- Maintain databases & status/tracking reports

- Team Handling experience will be added advantage

- Hands on experience in writing proposals ,filling functional cum technical compliances and creating functional documents

- Go getter attitude with ability to handle a small team

- Client Handling experience including giving product demonstrations

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to handle minimum 10 RFP's a month

- Able to work under pressure situations

- Rich experience in product related solutions preferably from e-learning industry

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Good grasp of technology, networking and Software basics(V-Imp)

- Good anlalytical and communication (verbal & written) skills. Should be good at understanding cleint requirements and documenting them (V-Imp)

- Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.(V-Imp)

- Basics understanding of Software development Life cycle.. (V-Imp)

- Basic Understanding of Microsoft programming technologies and networking technologies (V-Imp)"
