- Should be from service provider background with Qualifying and developing significant sized deals related to security by developing new business strategies and using your technical knowledge.
Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
- Understand customer needs through documentation / workshops and meetings with clients. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the solution developed is in line with customer expectations
Advise and design, together with the client, a winning security solution that fits the clients wishes and needs & submit proposals / Statement of work to customers
- Occasionally Perform IT security analysis for clients and maintain the security solutions of all involved infrastructures.
- Embed and maintain the security part in deals involving security requirements across the enterprise
Skills needed
- Deep understanding of infrastructure (data center, network & end user computing) security / cloud security / managed security services / security operations center / compliance & risk management / data protection and Threat management
- Knowledge of security products, such as Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, Mcafee, Juniper, Varonis, RSA, NetIQ, TrendMicro, carbon black etc.
- Familiarity with all IT security standards, such as ISO 27001, PCID SS, SPF, Data Protection
Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage (e.g. CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, etc.)
- Commercial / Business Finance Understanding and acumen & deal structuring
Strong industry experience, especially across USA/UK/Europe markets
Product OEM and Partner Relationship Management
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Presentation & Negotiation Skills
- Proactive and can work independently or as a team
- Sold technical support experience in large scale cyber security projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage
- Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
- 10+ years of relevant experience, Out of total experience at least 5 years should have been serving on security presales
