Presales Role - Consulting Solutions (7-12 yrs)

Brief Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to facilitate presales of a complex solutions - involving consulting, analytics and services offering and create trust relationship with Clients

- Ability to leverage analytics to solve structured or unstructured problems and interpreting results

- Working with the sales organizations to articulate our unique perspective on go-to-market service solutions and credentialing our delivery capabilities using success stories to meet customer needs.

- Gathering, documenting, and understanding customer specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with the Ops Lead/Client parts/Sales Teams.

- Identifying critical assumptions to ensure project success

- Delivering tailored technical and functional presentations and demonstrations to customer groups, technical, business up to and including C-Level executives

- Owning functional and technical elements of Proposal/Approach/RFIs/RFPs, being able to respond quickly and gather feedback from delivery and engineering teams when necessary

- To conduct discussions/workshops with stakeholders to gain understanding of the current business process layout, synthesize business requirements, analyse documents on existing business processes using business models, workflow diagrams, bring out key areas requiring improvement

- Identify use cases, value proposition, support business development for new opportunities in the focused areas

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS:

Knowledge / Competency / Skills:

- Strong Consumer packaged goods (CPG) and Retail/ Technology/Telecommunication domain presales and solution consulting expert with 7+years experience.

- Consulting is most likely in your DNA

- Should have excellent communication with strong Industry, domain, and data analytics knowledge.

- The role is an Individual Contributor role and expected to lead and solve complex business problems across geos. Should be willing to travel based on business demand.

- He/She must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and changing technical landscape. They must think outside the box, possess strong presentation skills, and be able to communicate complex technical and business ideas to a range of business, marketing and IT user, both easily and professionally.

- You enjoy working with senior management to set strategic direction

- You are great at defining objectives and approaches for critical assignments
