Pre- Sales Manager:

The responsibilities in this role will be as follows:

1. Preparation of documents for deals: proposals, white papers, sales documents, emailers.

2. Create RFP responses. Prepare proposal document, organize other required documents, coordinate with teams to get information and collate, prepare the final response - soft copies and hard copies.

3. Preparation of partner documents: proposals, white papers, emailers, training documents, product documents

4. Preparation of other collaterals: sales presentations, event presentations, FAQ documents, competitor comparison, data sheets, agreements, battle cards, white papers, training videos and presentations, etc.

5. Document management: Manage all sales, presales documents and collaterals.

6. Conducting and Managing Training: Training of sales staff and partners

7. Product Demo: Manage product demo, training sales staff and partners on the product demo, conduct product demos where ever needed, manage and upkeep of product demo software

8. Sales Pitch: Occasionally travel for sales pitch - within India

9. Research: Carry out online research on financial sector and technology space, online research on competitor data.
