Presales Head - Inside Sales - B2C & FinTech Domain (10-15 yrs)
Presales Head - B2C & Fintech domain only
Inside Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Other Pre Sales Activities
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervisor Role activities such as cold calling to prospects based on BPO, or any other ITES, sales process in domestic.
- Manage the team,7-8 team members
- Miscellaneous Pre-Sales and Sales related activities
- Should have excellent spoken English skills with clear articulation and Hindi.
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
- Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven
- Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships
- Should have Good Written Communication Skills (should be able to write well-drafted emails as the majority of our communication is on emails)
Experience and Qualifications:
- 10-12 years relevant experience after graduation in pre-sales/sales role involving lead generation, cold-calling, sales meetings in a BPO, or any other IT/ITES
- Candidates with strong and relevant B2C sales experience in a Banking Retail Assets/auto loan/credit card.
- Excellent Spoken English, Hindi any regional Language Skills with persuasive communication abilities
