Presales & Delivery Manager - IT (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities
- All client facing technical pre-sales and immediate post-sale deployment activities
- Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on customer visits to drive sales
- Map customer business requirements to existing and upcoming product capabilities
- Understand & shape customer requirements that maximize customer value using standard product configuration
- Accelerate Sales cycle through judicious reuse of pre-sales content & customized demos
- Accelerating Customer Adoption through use of implementation templates, defining & executing a tight delivery process
- Build consensus with the service delivery team on the highest impact customer deliverables while maintaining a high quality bar
- Balance customer satisfaction & user delight with time taken to go-live
- Deliver showcase quality customer testimonials
Required Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication demonstrated in conversations spanning developers & executive stakeholders
- Technical product know-how of Enterprise-grade Workflow, CRM and AI systems
- Familiarity with Solution engineering techniques like estimation, project planning & creating SOWs
