Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant - ServiceNow SecOps

Joining Location: India (any city)

Travel: 10%

Job Role : 

Pre-Sales consulting related to ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response & Security Incident Response) which involves the following

- Responding to RFP's and proactive business leads coming from across geographies

- Proposal development

- Developing and improving sizing and estimation and pricing models

- Alliances leverage for joint solutions development and pipeline generation

- Pre-Sales collaterals development and maintenance

- Proposal walk-through workshops

- Driving proactive solution workshops

- Performing due-diligence

- Contributing to Center of Excellence

- Supporting Customer visits

- Demos and presentations to Customers

- Case Studies development and articulation

Job Qualifications : 

Mandatory skills :

Total IT experience: Over 10 yrs

- Relevant experience: Over 6 years which includes technology implementation, upgrades, migration, architecting, processes and pre-Sales.

- Performed Customer facing roles

- Excellent understanding of Market Trends

- Experienced in business value delivered services transformation and automation

 Technical experience in the following service areas:

- Vulnerability Management

- Security Incident Response

- SIEM & SOC Processes

- Threat Intelligence

- IT Service Management domains and processes (ITSM)

- Security Orchestration and Automated Response

- Application Security Testing

 Technologies experience for the above includes but not limited to:

- Vulnerability scanning tools: Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, ACAS, -

- SIEM: QRadar, Azure Sentinel, Arcsight, Securonix, SPLUNK

- EDR: Microsoft Defender ATP (MDATP), Cybereason, Crowdestrike, Tanium

- Cloud Native Security controls: Azure, AWS, Google

- Application Security: Fortify, AppScan

- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications:

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, OSCP

- Any SecOps product vendor certifications in the last 3 years

- ServiceNow Certifications, preferably SecOps related
