Presales Consultant:
Looking at a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant with minimum 18+yrs of overall technical experience in IT Infrastructure with 15+yrs in the Pre-sales Technical consultant capacity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and presenting customized product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics related products, and explaining, based on a proven track record of implementing similar technologies, the capabilities and uniqueness of solutions.
- Perform product demos with the strong ability to demonstrate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge; end to end responsibility for demos in sales pitches.
- Undertake all related preparation work including dry runs
- Coordination of relevant internal resources throughout the presales process
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI- s
- Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery
- Establish credibility and confidence with customers/prospects during sales campaigns.
- Provide relevant solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally
- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Identify and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, and create value by participating throughout the sales cycle
- Ability to understand business drivers and risks involved in the pre-sales process

- Excellent communication skills, confident in delivering presentations of technical content to wide and carried audiences.
- Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
- Ability to establish credibility amongst customers and peers.
- Analytical, structured and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities.
- Must have experience with how to frame Microsoft Office, SharePoint and related technologies in support of presenting Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions.
- Must be experienced in business application software sales, consulting or solution implementation, preferably in a sector industry's vertical market, CRM or ERP (AX) selling environment.
