Position and Purpose

- Responsible for installation of Company's Software & giving demonstrations at customer site

Education and Experience

- B.Tech/ B.Sc (Computer Science) with 4-6 years of relevant technology experience

Hands on experience on :

1. Windows Server O.S., AD, DNS, DHCP management and troubleshooting, DB desirable.

2. Web Server, MAC OS, Linux OS would be preferred

- Person should be working for a mid- size organization who has experience in technical systems/ processes, application Installations and management

Job Duties: 

- Analyze customer requirements, develop & demonstrate solutions

- Responsible for installation of software & user training at customer site

- Ability to travel and work off hours as and when required

- Assist with the sales of OIS ESD/IDC team in positioning solutions

- Produce and present high quality presentations- software demonstrations

- Reporting and updating funnel / forecast

Other Information : 

- Excellent communication and articulation skills required.

- Professional outlook and personality

- Work would involve considerable cross functional interaction, hence excellent relationship orientation.

- Candidate should be wiling for field calls with sales team(within Mumbai location) and act as a technical support SPOC for the customer

- Required to do techno commercial presentations to customers hence, excellent communication skills is a must
