Pre Sales Consultant with Insurance Domain

Job Description:

- Insurance domain SME (P&C) having presales work experience between 10 to 12 years.

- Knowledge of Personal, Commercial & Specialty lines. For e.g. Property, Auto, GL, Marine, Crime, Homeowners, A&H, Energy, Aviation etc.

- Must have the majority of work experience for P&C clients in the US, North Ameri-ca/London markets.

- Self-motivated with a high-performance track record.

- Hands-on experience in leading client engagements, interactions and working with technology teams (Data, Digital, CIMS, QE etc.)

- Good interpersonal skills to lead & participate and ensure delivery of the output.

- Must understand the business and IT landscape of the Insurers across the Insurance val-ue chain

- Awareness of Insurance regulatory/compliance needs of Insurance carriers

- Work experience on Insurance core Policy/ Claims/Billing platforms is highly desirable.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Liaison with Sales teams to understand potential opportunities & requirements to con-vert the opportunities into deals.

- Participating in RFP/RFI/RFQ process and developing winning solution from Insurance Domain perspective.

- Contribute to proposal building aspects such as capabilities articulation, designing so-lutions, win themes & value proposition along with commercial constructs.

- Participate and lead solution discussions to create Industry leading accelerators/ frame-works and proof of Concepts.

- Creating PoVs, market facing collaterals, writing blogs, thought papers/white papers to bring Thought Leadership across P&C Domain.

- Create unique and competitive approaches and solutions for Insurance clients.

- Responsible for delivering impactful market analysis and Industry insights.
