- Helping sales team in developing solutions as per clients requirements.
- Responsible for all processes and documentation relating to Proposals.
- Solutioning Analysis - Quarterly analysis of type of projects, win rate, reason for loss, etc. Track Win Rate on a Monthly Basis. Create a knowledge base and documentation based on solutioning team learnings
- Must be proficient in writing and preparing proposals with technical solutions, estimations, and project management details
- To manage Relationships across Centers, Sales Team, Functional Teams and Clients
- Experience in Audit and Compliance
Note- IT/ITES/BPO/KPO domain mandatory
