- Overall 15 years+ of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment.
- Deep Experience of Insurance /Banking / Capital Market domain for US, UK, Europe geographies.
- Lead solution for RFP, RFI, and RFX. Participate in scope discussions, solution approach and due-diligence workshops with internal and client stakeholders.
- The role involves taking complete ownership of the pursuit life cycle including deal qualification, solution design, solution defense, due diligence, contract management and handover to transition.
- Good understanding of financial models, Profit & Loss and operation metrics.
