- Base Retention-Low Value customer/Mid value customer: Retention of the base on our network & maintain his legs of usage

- Base Retention-High Value customer/Ultra high value customer: Proactive identification of drop in usage via different parameters of balance/usage/days of usage/burn rate per day

- Innovative means of engagement of the high value subs to increase loyalty

- BTS wise DREC Retention: Retention of customers at a BTS level, BTS level activity to retain customers

- Tracking of Initiatives: Initiatives to be tracked & evaluated on a regular basis to increase efficiency
