Manager Prepaid Acquisition & U&R

We have an opening with leading Telecom Company

Position - Manager Prepaid Acquisition & U&R

Experience: 2+years

Age: Manager 30 Yrs Max

- Responsible for the category of Prepaid (i.e. acquisition, usage and revenue), while managing relevant products pertaining to subscriber acquisition and retention for the entire circle

- Development & management of various subscriber acquisition programmes across the category through innovative promotional activities.

- Identification & management of various acquisition & retention campaigns, so as to drive revenue in a systematic manner

- Planning, implementation & review of various programmes related to acquisition, retention, revenue enhancement & tie-ups under the assigned category

- Feasibility of new products based on marketing research and consumer insights, development of value propositions, Launch of products and their performance measurement

- Maintenance of MIS and tracking of assigned activities on periodical basis

- Scanning of acquisition-led activities in the marketplaces from time to time and their counter programmes

- Replication of best practice from other circles and vice-versa

- Briefing to communications team for development of various artworks on acquisition-led and retention-led promotions

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : MBA-Marketing with Premium Institute

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 2+years in telecom
