Experience- 5 to 8 Years

Education- BE/B.Tech or MBA

KRA's

- Target Setting & Achievement: Monthly, Annual Wholesale/Retail/Order Target setting & achievement, Enquiry & Booking Management

- Advance Stock Planning, MOS Maintenance at Plant + Dealership, Tactical Budget Management.

- Ensure company SOP / Policy compliance at Dealership

- Ensure execution & implementation at all the Dealerships

- Effective communication with company Field Team and Dealers.

- Ensure Manpower Training, Marketing Activities, Feedback Tracking, Resolving Dealer Queries

- Monitoring enquiry allocation & Conversions, Work on Dealer's Manpower retention and motivation.

- Zone Wise Reporting, MIS Reports, Market Trend Studies
