Roles & Responsibilities : - Handle end-to-end recruitment in coordination with India Country Director and PAD global team members by generating various sources for recruitment - Assist with job description development and widespread dissemination across India-specific and international job boards - Responsible for initial screening of the candidates, arranging and conducting interviews - Maintain relations with different job portals and HR search companies - Joining formalities, induction and appointment letter for all new joiners - Providing induction training to new joiners - Working with employee databases and maintaining employee files and trackers - Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the senior management - Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations - Conducting employee engagement activities as and when required - Responsible for Employee - Training and Development- activities - Coordinating HR practices between PAD India and PAD global, including performance management - Monitoring housekeeping staff, inventory management for consumables such as stationery - Manage general admin functions such as travel and stay bookings, office vendors, etc. Desired Qualifications : - Graduate degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/Recruiter profile - Ability to represent the organization as part of Human Resource function - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills - Strong management skills - Influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to add value as both an individual contributor and active team member - Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web-based systems - Prior experience of campus recruiting for full-time as well as internship position is a big plus - Experience of handling - EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance - is a plus Location : Bangalore or Bhubaneshwar Compensation : We offer highly competitive compensation according to experience Start Date : Immediate
