Presales Consultant - D1

Pre-Sales and Solutions head is responsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by generating opportunities and creating or putting together a solution for deals that addresses client requirements while ensuring interests are met.

Solution Definition / Build / Integration:

- Build Healthcare Payer and Provider solutions (story thought process and content slide making) with inputs from service lines

- Builds solution content and story from a healthcare domain standpoint in all proposals

- Writes creative English and builds distinguished solution and capability slides

- Works with service lines to create the solution for Healthcare BPO across Payer and Provider based RFP's

- Probes the customer and asks relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to the solution teams

- Works with SMEs to come up with specific offerings based on market demand

- Brings the right product and services industry experience to bear

- Makes a presentation of the solution to the client

Skills and Knowledge :

- Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in Business Process Outsourcing to support US Healthcare Payer and Providers

- Must have experience in Healthcare Presales/domain led service delivery with work experience in Payer and Provider environment

- Responding to RFPs, RFIs, creating commercials, experience in bid management

- Should have experience managing team of Pre-Sales and Marketing

- Experience in Payer domain into presales; in service area like Claims, Enrollment, Customer Service etc.

- Minimum of 15 years of BPO experience in Healthcare solutions space

- Experience in liaising with sales, delivery, transition, finance, etc.

- Creating customized value proposition for customers and creating a winning solution

- Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in Payer and Provider domain

- Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry

- Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models/benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare BPO.
