Presales support to Sales/Marketing Team in summarizing the prospects and taking forward all necessary pre-sales activities including Interacting with the customers and consultants to understand the requirement. Support the sales team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution, feasibility, scope of work, Expected timelines and quantifying risks. Develop technical and business value propositions, presentations and customized content for prospective customers. Proposals Preparation -&nbsp; a. Identifying Clients business requirements, b. Design proposals with solution approach per customer requirement after articulating the core need c. Define Project Scope of work, Project Goals and deliverables, Design Automation solutions using specific industry knowledge and expertise, Prepare RFP compliance sheet d. Define project tasks and resource requirements, Plan and schedule project timelines/Milestones, e. Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates for IT Automation - Projects Implementation/ Support engagements - Documents and negotiates with customer POC/POV success criteria - Collaborating with the Implementation, Development, Operations and Sales/Marketing teams in working towards suitable response to customers RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
