Praxis Retail - Specialist - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)

Roles Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth

- Create and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and affiliate marketing channels and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV

- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve performance and achieve business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure alignment with broader business goals and customer needs

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into performance marketing programs

- Manage relationships with performance marketing vendors, including agencies and technology partners, and ensure they are meeting performance goals

- Develop and manage performance marketing budgets and forecasts, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders

Must Have Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing working in a digital company or experience working in performance marketing agencies

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and affiliate marketing channels

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, or similar

- Proven track record of delivering results through data-driven marketing campaigns, with experience in campaign optimization and measurement

- Experience managing performance marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on performance to stakeholders

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships Should have exposure to working in leading FMCG, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Retail companies. Should have exposure to more than one industry Should be full of new ideas, full of energy and action oriented
