Head of Digital Marketing

- We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

- Looking for a dynamic leader having experience in exponential growth by creating and managing effective SEM and social marketing campaigns, creating and managing new age content for marketing collaterals to improve our online presence and social engagement, and leveraging other organic growth strategies.

Roles Responsibilities :

Marketing Brand Leadership:

1. Setting goals, developing organizational capability, working with agencies and making ABs relevant in the market place.

2. An information seeker who digs deep into analytics and drives the marketing agenda from a consumer point of view

3. Listen- to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company

4. Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, supply chain etc. that meets market demands (e.g. working in tandem with the COO, Merchandise Head's and Design Team to deliver newness around the brand).

5. Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives

6. Lead Generation, analytics and CRM Systems

7. Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure to project company's unique voice

8. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, print, analog etc.)

9. Deep technical knowledge of Website management, software's like Salesforce, SAP etc.

10. Build and direct a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

11. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships and agencies

12. Leads cross-functional alignment and supports the MD's vision of the brand and brings this to life

13. Knowledge of traditional marketing

Planning and Execution

1. Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results

2. Develops the quarterly /annual operating plan and budget for marketing and executes against the plan

3. SEO & Content Management Support (Organic) & Strategy

4. Combining creativity with marketing to turn opportunities into sales

5. Can dig deep into data and analytics to understand the consumer proposition and help differentiate brand ABs from the sea of sameness.

P& L Leader

1. Partner Development Team Player

2. Provides his/ her operational partners with coaching, feedback, and has been effective in building a team mentality:

3. Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

4. Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve a team cohesive dynamic.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Marketing, sales, advertising, brand management, market research, customer insights, CRM

2. Software, Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
