Praxis Home Retail - Assistant Manager - Training & Development (3-5 yrs)

Role Summary:

Drive the structured learning and development of employees in Praxis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Transformation Strategy :

- Define and drive the talent transformation strategy and plan in alignment with the Praxis business strategy and plan

- Define and drive long-term and short-term objectives for talent transformation

- Introduce best in class learning and development practices based on benchmarking international practices and standards customized to meet Home Town requirements

- Introduce appropriate technology on a continuous basis for enhancing efficiency of learning and development

Business Partnering :

- Identify and assess current and future training needs of the organization

- Develop and implement the annual training calendar in alignment with the identified training needs and business plan

- Design relevant training methodologies to address the training needs

- Define and drive the end to end process of mystery audit to enhance the overall customer experience at the stores

- Analyze the mystery audit reports and take required actions

- Align with the In Store Trainers for addressing store specific training needs and drive the same

Introduce new training as required :

- Develop in store trainers (IST) to address specific training needs of the organization

Training Programs Evaluation :

- Define and drive processes for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and take required actions

- Define the metrics for enhancing employee productivity (pre and post training)

- Analyse the metrics and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to enhance employee productivity

Training Budget :

- Prepare training budget in consultation with the relevant stakeholders

- Drive adherence to the training budget

Vendor Management :

- Develop an ecosystem of vendors and partners

- Finalize vendors, assess their performance and take required actions
