Key responsibilities ADMIN: - Provide administrative support to Directors - Manage office admin responsibilities. - Coordinate internal meetings - Provide end-to-end travel solutions for consultants, managers, and directors - Plan and manage office essentials and supplies. Always look for ways to optimize costs while maintaining the quality level - Maintain office and premises in good working order and recommend ways to make the office more efficient and organized - Help coordinate Praxis events / offsite, team dinners and other office celebrations HR - Assist with on-boarding of new employees - Maintain corporate and personnel documents in easy-to-find/access and logical manner - Assist in coordinating monthly employee reviews - Assist in evaluating employee happiness - Assist with offboarding of employees by ensuring that their personnel files are complete, proper notifications provided to appropriate parties and updating all employee directories - Manage HR dashboards MARKETING : - Provide assistance in organizing marketing events and gifts&nbsp; - Manage the marketing database and dashboard Desired background : - Minimum 4 years of administrative or smilar experience - A graduate/PostGraduate degree
