We are looking for a senior, experienced HR leader with experience across functions willing to take up charge of the overall 360-degree function and drive the company growth and vision. Strong inclination to work in a fast paced professional setup is required. 1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the employees including on-boarding, staffing, employee engagement, compensation, exit formalities 2. Manage HRMS including all the employee records, attendance and leave management, performance management and staffing of the consulting delivery team. 3. Manage monthly PMS process across teams and awards and recognition 4. Compensation and benefits - leave and attendance management, payroll, bonuses, statutory compliances, promotions and appraisals 5. Implement L&D calendar and interventions 6. Setup new processes and optimize existing ones, strong use of technology and automation 7. Bridge management and employee relations by regular pulse checks, highlighting grievances, cultural issues and providing solutions for the same 8. Manage overall recruitment function - high volume hiring across levels with elaborate selection processes 9. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes and custodian of company culture, ensure compliance 10. Carry out HR budgeting exercise and ensure adherence 11. Supervise overall HR admin activities like asset management, facilities management, employee contracts, etc. 12. Work with team members across functions and with Directors to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties and interests 13. Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement and talent retention Expectations 1. Minimum 5 years of HR experience across functions in a professional services setup. An MBA in Human resources is preferred 2. Thorough experience across - Compliance, Recruitment and Performance Management 3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook and other computer softwares 5. High energy and hustle to own functions and move through a highly charged and fast paced environment 6. High task and output orientation - drive towards productivity 7. Proficient in verbal and written communication 8. Flexibility and hands-on - willing to roll up sleeves and get things done 9. Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them 10.
