In this role, your goals will be: In the first few weeks: - Understand the performance marketing process at Pratilipi - Understand long term growth path/vision - why, how and what After a few weeks: - Take ownership of performance markeitng - at scale - Design the growth path following the north star of the product - Execute - fail - learn and grow with a lot of hustling Only apply - - if you can iterate marketing experiments at breakneck speed - if you can take the responsibility of a huge marketing budget (more than 50 cr annually) - if you have done FB/Google/Affiliate ads in the past - if when stuck, you can find solutions and get things done- .
