About the role: The Senior Consultant will be a key member of Prashaste's business & people Solutions team. He/ She would be responsible for working with a team of consultants to ensure project delivery excellence, build long term client relationships and drive business growth.

The Senior Consultant will create, validate and customize BI reports and analytics with deep insights and action plants for the clients to implement and improve performance outcomes.

Prashaste's solutions are aimed at people development and business transformation. Our solutions encompass learning & development, business evaluation, people assessments, profitability, business analytics, implementation tools to improve client business outcomes.

Candidates need to have a strong business perspective & understanding, proven implementation skills and should have shown leadership potential in their existing role. Past experience in management consulting is essential for the role. He/ She should be passionate about creating impact by building new solutions through an impact driven and change oriented approach.

Senior Consultant will be accountable for client retention through on time delivery , on the ground implementation of our solutions leading to improvement in client business outcomes.

Location: Mumbai (Travel to pan India client locations would be required)

Qualification:

- MBA from a tier I/II business school

- Graduate (any specialization) from a tier I/II institute

Experience & Expertise:

- 3 to 6 years of post MBA experience in Management Consulting or Strategic Group (of large corporations)

- Auto Industry experience desirable but not required

- Candidates with hands on exposure / expertise in BI, Analytics, finance, sales, customer lifecycle management, performance management & people development will be preferred.

a. Maximize client retention & contribution through building long term relationships with clients and creating new business opportunities

a. Participate & contribute in building business plans & strategy

IV. Innovation & Research

a. Identify potential opportunities and develop innovative solutions

b. Continuously develop industry research/ benchmarks/ case studies/ white papers

Compensation:

- Fixed : 12 to 15 lacs (annual) Can be flexible Commensurate with candidate's experience, background and potential.

- Retention Bonus: Mutually agreed fixed pay post completion of one year above the variable mentioned below

- Variable: Rs 3 lacs (annual) Performance linked pay based on achievement of targets on time with quality
