Job Description- Learning Administrator for Mumbai location
Learning Administrator will be a critical position in our organization. She/he will be supporting the learning vertical and assist the Learning Lead in conceptualization, design, development and delivery of multiple behavioral and business training programs to our PAN India clients . The Learning Administrator is creative, passionate and dynamic. She/he will leverage the incredible learning opportunities and achieve customer delight and retention. He/She will be responsible for the entire learning process across stages : Pre-learning, Learning and Post-learning including empanelment of trainers and creating innovative and impactful training modules
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience from a learning organization with hands on experience in handling large scale learning engagements end to end.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Supporting learning vertical, retaining clients and enhancing client contribution.
- Ensure quality, budgets & timelines for delivery of the projects
- Contribute to the internal learning & mentorship programs
- Do industry research & provide insights on contemporary training initiatives.
- Design & deliver innovative learning solutions ( behavioral and business ), modules, case-lets, case studies and collaterals for post training implementation
- Trainer empanelment , enrolment and enablement
- In sighting and training requirement gathering
- People evaluation and assessment
- Training administration - Pre training, Training and Post training
- Learning library and data management
- Trainer database management
Desired Attributes
- Ability to handle the client and deliver on time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Content writing and building modules basis the insights provided by the consulting team.
- Strong multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure
