Prashaste Group - Business Learning Consultant (3-6 yrs)
The Business Learning Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering multiple learning programs as well as on-ground implementation of the learnings to our clients. She/He should be creative, passionate and dynamic. She/he will consistently strive to deliver high quality to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client facing, In sighting, need analysis and training requirement gathering
- Creating collaterals including module, case studies, role-plays, exercises both for classroom and virtual Training
- Coordination and facilitation of training programs
- Rigorous On-ground implementation and impact tracking
- Monitoring team in delivering value to the client
- Trainer empanelment and trainer database management
- Ensuring process adherence by training associates
Desired Attributes:
- Client facing ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in MS office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking capability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- High client and project ownership
- Prior experience in on-ground implementation MUST
- Prior consultative learning experience in the automobile/ retail sector would be preferred
Compensation:
- As per qualification and experience
- Performance linked variable pay
