JD for Sales Manager

We currently have an immediate opening for the position of Manager of Sales at multiple locations (Mountain View, CA; New Jersey/Boston Area and Chicago/Austin Area). This position is a key role at Imaginea. The Sales Manager will have full responsibility of Product Engineering Services Sales in the designated territory. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, prospecting business, develop customer confidence, and socialize within our organization to get the best support, accomplish sales targets and assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for business development and sales of our product engineering services (hunting role)

- Responsible for hands-on closing of new accounts and meeting revenue generation goals.

- Understand prospect's business and technological challenges. Align & pitch Imaginea to meet prospect's needs. Build good customer relationship.

- Activities include prospecting for new business, opportunities qualification, sales cycle management, and negotiation of contracts and agreements.

- Develop and implement sales strategies keeping short and long term goals in perspective

Must have

- Must have experience in selling product engineering services with a start-up mind-set. Must be hunting sales professional.

- Must be able to work and excel in a highly functional and professional team environment.

- Understand product engineering/development needs and requirements and be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.

- Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for sales.

- Must have the ability to create, develop and sustain relationships at the CTO/VP Engineering levels at prospective client companies

- Prior experience in selling of outsourced product development services/product engineering services is desirable.

- Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing

Skills & Experience Required

- Graduate/PG with 5+ years work experience

- Direct Selling Experience

- Good Communication & Presentations Skills

- Analytical ability

- Possesses strong product / technology / industry knowledge.

- Track record of meeting targets
