We are looking for a Recruiter who can direct human resources activities by performing the following duties:

Description:

- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

- Experience strategic global hiring programs.

- Must have experience in designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements to relevant stakeholders.

- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.

- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing salary.

- Have experience in employee background verification on employment, penal indictment, and education.

- Ensure smooth onboarding of incoming employees

- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

- Ability to understand the technical and non-technical requirements.

- Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Sound knowledge of recruitment concepts and the latest trends.

- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 Yrs. of relevant Experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing Solutions,

- Experience with international clients is an added advantage

- MBA in HR from Top B-Schools and Premier Institutes

- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Effective time management and collaborative skills.
