We are looking for an Institutional Sales Specialist to expand our demand base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company from institutional buyers.

We are looking for smart young professionals to become an integral part of our Institutional Sales team. Even though the role is of a - sales- person, this employee will work across sales, marketing and business development functions. The broad-based role's mandate it to contribute towards the company's growth by helping generate more business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience driving the operations while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and hard working attitude.

Primary Duties and Experience requirement :

- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities with prospects, primarily for the Delhi-NCR market.

- Create Sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives from the Institutional buyer

- Lead Generation and Closure.

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Qualities of working very structurally and independent thinking are required.

- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (PPT, XLS, MS Word) required.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required.

Experience:

- Proven work experience as an Area Manager or similar senior sales role in Institutional Client

- Prior FMCG, Agri-trade experience is preferable

- Availability to travel as needed

- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

- Familiarity with excel, other sales reporting software

- Understanding of on ground operations

- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Agriculture or any other similar field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
