Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving sales targets and growth plans of the organisation
- Hire, Manage and Scale up the Field Sales team
- Improve sales techniques of the field team.
- Monitoring the market conditions, build relationships with buyers & Sellers to device appropriate sales methodology properly
- Ensuring business processes are followed and implemented efficiently
- Ensure target achievement of team members from different geographic domains.
- Tracking Overall Performance of Trade/Geography/Team
- Monitoring and driving trade negotiations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years, corporate and B2B Agri sales.
- Good knowledge & Experience in F&V business
- Experience in handling fast perishable F&V products
- Experience of working with startup is preferable
- Preferred industry backgrounds: FMCG, Foods, Dairy & Beverages
- Good Negotiator & Problem solving skills
- Extremely good at relationship building and Conflict Management preferably in Agri sector
