EIR - Entrepreneur In Residence (Tier 1 colleges only - MBA/Engineers)

We are looking for people who are:

1. Self Starter

2. Logical and process oriented

3. 10+ yrs experience in Growth & Business Strategy

4. Prior work experience with Agri, FMCG, Fast-moving consumer goods companies

5. Should have worked and solved business problems

6. Ex-Agritech Entrepreneur preferred

7. Both B2B and B2C experience is good to have

Skills required:

1. Growth Hacking

2. Understanding of Marketplace

3. Business Problem Solving

4. Working in a high Accountability, High Responsibility and Highly Charged Work Environment

5. Operations for hustling on ground and understanding the business from scratch.

Other Notes:

We were advised to hire a head of supply chain, and a head of finance and head of marketing and so on. But instead, we chose to look for just a great head.

- A beautiful head, rather. Full of ideas. A head with a heart that resonates with our cause. We think that once we have such heads (our EIRs), they can be head of whatever they wish to be!

- As an EIR, you might start with heading a function, move on to owning a product P&L, and eventually find yourself helping with fundraising.

- Basically, we believe that startup life isn't about defined roles. It's about solving problems. And so, we're looking for great problems-solvers who get excited by the thought of cracking something new everyday!

- So, if you made the suboptimal decision of pursuing an MBA/B.Tech a few years ago (say 2- 4 years), and if you feel like that 'job' ain't your thing (but you still find yourself stuck in one), and if you don't mind pounding the streets and burning the midnight oil, then we should catch up.

Selected candidates will be working directly with founders and will be leading a complete vertical in the next 2 years. The growth will be exponential and so will the compensation be.
