Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Proven sales track record
- Knowledge of management consulting, business process consulting, financial advisory aspects
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leadership
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drawing out the marketing strategy for the firm's growth roadmap
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Strategies to improve brand presence & recall
- Managing social media pages to generate leads from online platforms
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Designing innovative strategies to promote referrals and cross-sells from existing clients
- Identifying & associating with various business forums & drive qualified traffic to the firm
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Engage with CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them
- Achieving the revenue/lead targets of the firm
- Identifying & implementing ways to establish firm branches across multiple locations
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration & alliances with larger brands, key industry players etc.
- Designing & implementing innovative campaigns on online platforms to generate leads
- Analyse client behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
