We are looking for an experienced product manager with expertise and passion to imagine, build and manage an innovative product. You will work closely with the senior leaders and own the full product lifecycle for leading healtech online platform. Responsibilities : - Set product strategy and vision - Define product requirement; Write product development briefs to outline requirements - Work with product development teams to deliver effectively to the market - Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load - Partner closely with Business Leader, Customer Service, Operational, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey As the PM leader responsible for Practo platform, you will : - BE AN OWNER : Own the product GTM and distribution strategy for Practo products including new offers, new segments, and new product incubation. - WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES : Be the voice of our customers in every conversation and decision, humbly learn about customer use-cases to drive the vision and strategy for the future of practo online platform services.. - EMPOWER OTHERS : Build, mentor, and nurture a growing product team. - RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE : Get your hands dirty and have a get-it-done mentality - DON'T SETTLE : Partner and align with other PM leaders, convince peers, coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way - BE BOLD : Develop and evangelize, internally and externally Experience Required : (7-10 yrs), IIM or IIT preferred - Prior relevant work experience in product management in a fast-moving environment - Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery - Prior experience in building products from scratch - have seen 0-1 journey of product development and taking it to the market and be part of the growth journey with a venture - Proven track record of customer obsession - Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer complex products;&nbsp; - Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organisation - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results - Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
