The candidate will be leading the e-diagnostics vertical within Practo and will be reporting to the CEO. He / She will be handling the vertical's P&L and will drive initiatives for scaling the business. Key responsibilities involve (but not limited to): - Generating demand - Expand footprint in existing cities and venture into new geographies - Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams for enhancing sales - Adhere to business revenue targets and develop a predictable business strategy - Improve (funnel) conversion from Consultations to e-diagnostics order - Scaling-up supply - Setup new labs to cater to the demand - Build capabilities for all commonly ordered tests - Increase phlebo network - Service delivery and operations management - Ensuring high customer satisfaction scores - Ensuring highest level of service deliveries (no delays/cancellations etc) - Improving overall operational efficiency in delivering diagnostic products and services, while continuously enhancing customer experience - Diagnostics team management - Oversee the interviewing, hiring, training, and monitoring of the diagnostics team to ensure smooth operations - Develop and institutionalize effective programs and a continuous improvement culture for enhancing team performance CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS : Basic qualifications: - 12+ years experience - Excellent understanding of the diagnostic business - Should have had P&L ownership - Demonstrated track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities with a strong consumer-focused mindset - Bachelor's degree and MBA / Masters from top tier colleges - Ability to thrive and deliver in a complex and fast-paced environment Personal qualifications: - Integrity/ethics / morals and values consistent with those of Practo - Personal and professional credibility needed to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships - Optimistic and engaging personality
