Practice Manager/Regional Head - Recruitment - North (12-30 yrs)

A practice manager plays an anchor role in the team. Leading the team from the front, he / she is responsible for the P&L of the region, developing and formulating the strategy for the region, contributing to the overall strategy of the company, overall deliverable of the team, overall satisfaction and retention of clients (client relationship management, candidate relationship management (those which consultants are unable to manage) and hands-on development of team members in terms of technical and behavioral competencies.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Create monthly and annual budgets (plans) by

a. Analyzing existing client mix

b. Analyzing existing active positions

c. Analyzing existing position pipeline

d. Analyzing existing closure ratios

2. Engage actively with the client using a consultative approach to understand

a. Client Industry (wherever applicable)

b. Clients Organization (wherever applicable)

c. Requirements of the clients

d. Specific requirements of the roles clients need help to fill

3. Achieve monthly and annual targets by

a. Implementing findings from the monthly budgeting exercise

b. Ensuring adequate number of candidates are in pipeline for open positions

c. Assisting consultants in sourcing for critical positions

d. Approving profiles sourced so that consultants may engage in conversations with the individuals

e. Doing candidate calls with sourcers and consultants to convince candidates (where consultants are facing difficulties) thereby ensuring their development

f. Influencing clients to meet with identified candidates where ever there is a resistance from the clients side (especially promoters)

g. Ensuring on-time collections by following up with clients for payments where ever there is a delay

4. Engage actively with candidates until joining to ensure minimum drop-outs

a. Provide candidates with as much clarity as possible about the role and the organization

b. Assist in salary negotiations and answer candidate queries at each stage of the process

5. Independently meet clients in order to build and strengthen the existing relationship / develop new relationships (client acquisition / BD).

6. Ensure adherence to existing processes and Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve them
