Practice Leader - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm (5-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead a team of 5-8 direct reports and an overall vertical of 30 team members primarily recruiters and associates who work with clientele on executive search mandates.
- Lead multiple client expectations and mandates- focus on revenue generation and building a robust business vertical leading an annual revenue of 5 Crores.
- Focus on India and South East Asia Market.
Desired Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment/Non-IT/Big4s hiring, working with Executive Search Firms/Staffing Firms
- Candidates with experience in Manager & Above level/Leadership hiring will be given preference
- Experience in team management & client management will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in social impact will be amazing
The ideal candidate will have a combination of 4 aspects
i. Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
ii. Excellent relationship management/people engagement skills
iii. Superior communication skills
iv. Ability to work under tight deadlines
Education : Would prefer Masters candidates
